2. Scope
This policy applies to the use of w2f.uk and to all business relationships with W2FUK Ltd. It complies with the UK GDPR, the UK Data Protection Act 2018, and the EU GDPR where applicable.
3. Data we process
3.1 Lead funnel
When you complete the lead funnel or the value calculator we collect: name, company, business email, optionally phone and message, and the inputs you provide (use case, industry, weekly hours, hourly cost).
3.2 Server logs
Technical data (IP address, timestamp, user agent) is retained for a maximum of 14 days. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in site security (Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).
3.3 Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics for cookieless, anonymised audience measurement. No personal data is transferred to third parties.
4. Purposes
- Responding to your enquiry and contract preparation
- Operating the value calculator and providing tailored results
- Ensuring the technical availability of the website
- Compliance with statutory retention obligations
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not share your data with third parties, except with the following processors:
- Vercel Inc. (hosting, US) — processing based on UK International Data Transfer Agreement / EU Standard Contractual Clauses and a Data Processing Agreement
- Email provider (to send our reply to your enquiry)
6. Retention
Lead data is retained for the duration of the sales process and 24 months thereafter, then deleted. Contract and accounting data is retained for 6 years per UK statutory retention rules.
7. Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data
- Have inaccurate data rectified
- Have your data erased (right to be forgotten)
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk

8. Cookies
This website does not set any tracking or advertising cookies. We only use strictly necessary cookies (e.g. to remember your language choice), which do not require consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
9. Security
We use TLS encryption to transmit your data. Our systems are regularly reviewed for security weaknesses.
10. Changes
This policy may be amended to reflect new legal or technical requirements. The current version is always available on this page.
